alixandreaWell, rehearsal was an interesting experience, we were all totally out of it for various reasons. We got going eventually though and finished later than usual due to everyone else finally getting into it (by this time all I wanted to do was go home...!) We worote another couple of tunes and have some idea of lyrics to start with. Its a shame Stef's working at the moment as it means we don't have much time to sit down and write together, but at least it means he should have his boat ready to bring up here soon.
Crusty Tim came over earlier on and we discussed Strawberry Fair, he says we should be fine as long as we get a demo together. I'll talk to Graham my tech teacher about recording us after the 1/2 term. He plays drums too, so it should be cool to get him to session for us, just to give an idea of what we're going to sound like. We had no joy with Shaun's drummer friend, he seems to have changed his number. Shaun says he'll try to track him down, which should hopefully mean we'll have a drummer soon *crosses fingers and hopes like hell.*

(one of those!) I got stung for import taxes which means I've spent far more on it than I expected, but its gorgeous and something I can actually play! :-)
