Day 4

Chips
Fresh Bread
Chicken Drumsticks...

Ahem!!

Sorry, where was I?

Oh yeah, day 4...

Fruit
Salad
Rice
Tuna
Cooked Veg
2 litres water
Fruit juice
Peppermint tea

Banana and orange for breakfast, a plum and an apple snacks before lunch. Lunch was rice with tuna and salad, then an orange for dessert. Plum for an afternoon snack. Tea - more rice with tuna and cooked veg (microwaved). Apple for dessert. 1 cup of peppermint tea, two glasses of fruit juice, 2 litres of water (still to be finished).

Today was as hard as predicted. Cheryl was giving out fresh french bread and had chips in the last of it for lunch (right in front of me!!) Gerhardt had hot chicken drumsticks marinaded in cajun spices. Now Erik's having fried curried beef mince with coconut milk and rice. Argh!! ;-)

OK, so avoiding the meat aspect is quite easy really, but I am a true chip addict, and as for fresh bread... *goes off into dreamland of wholenut peanut butter and fresh-from-oven french bread...*
Oh well, not long to go now, although next week I have to be ultra-good too. The main problem I'm having ATM is the lack of exercise, but this will change after the weather warms up and I have started sorting out my debts. I hope to start doing Pilates and maybe either T'ai Ch'i or Yoga, as well as weekly swimming again...
