alixandreaWork sucks. Both the job (and myself) are worth a lot more than I am being paid. I have told the area manager this, and that if I don't start earning a living wage, I will have to start looking for it elsewhere. Not in so many words of course, but I seriously get the feeling I'm being taken advantage of. 5 weeks into the job and I'm managing the shop alone for two weeks while the manager goes on holiday. I've had some extra help (area manager, a manager from another store...) in the second week, but its all too little too late...

Shame, it looked like so much fun to start with.
In other news, banks are also crap, why should it take so long to give a graduate a graduate loan to pay off her student borrowing..?
Also most of the Camgoths (Erik and I included) seem to be heading off to both Tenebrae and the Anti-War demo (www.stopwar.co.uk) this weekend. Bunny boilers beware! ;-)
I have my new phone, please feel free to mail me for the number. I don't like it much though, so may try to get a phone for my replacement SIM card...
Its not all bad. OK, I haven't started packing yet, but there's plenty of boxes I can have from work when we've unpacked them first, and I have alternative arrangements if plans go wrong. I'm very much in love, and very grateful for everything good that I have.
