alixandreaI sent off somethng like 80 CVs to Monster.co.uk yesterday...
Today I handed in the couple of CVs I'd done manually, and had an interview at Argos. The job looks... well, Argos-like really, but the pay isn't too bad, and the store is brightly coloured, so maybe they won't mind my hair. I should know by the weekend if I have the job or not. In other news I got my SIM card but the phone doesn't seem to want to recognise it, so down to Bishop's Stortford tomorrow, to the shop that can unlock it. *Sigh* Another week to wait then. I have an appointment at the surgery there next Tuesday though, so I could pick it up then. Going to pop in on Mum and see if we can go out to lunch to talk...
Once I have a full time job I can concentrate on my master plan of getting CDs etc out to record companies/studios for session work. But Skelliga is still my main priority, and with Skelliga I shall remain.
I wish it were Tuesday.
