*Grin* I had a wonderful time last night, it was a relief to get really drunk and not have to worry about Lucy (who is much better she tells me.) Lots of really beautiful people, I felt utterly priviledged to be able to call them friends. Karen in that gorgeous wedding dress, Jo in her backless number looking like a hollywood filmstar at a preview, Erik being debonair (missing a much-needed plastic rapier *plots*) Surje like Uncle Fester on his wedding day... :-)
All in all a very wonderful evening, that's the closest to becoming a punk moshpit I've ever seen the dancefloor, and I was in the middle of it!! ;-)
Time to find out about ice rinks and roller rinks and cycle routes and bowling and all the other things plotted over far too much vodka. Oh, and possibly getting back in the water...?
