(no subject)

Had a lovely time at the picnic yesterday, despite the rain and cold weather, and despite my credit card company demanding £1100 I don't have back all in one go because they think I've been spending on it. Um, no I cut my cards up months ago, and there's certainly not been any expenditures showing on my account every month. Bastards will have to wait, although not too long I hope, as the little plan Erik and I have hatched should be coming to fruition shortly (hurry up postman...)

Came home, removed my skate bearings from the turps (decided this would be better than vodka in the long run) and transferred them to a bath of 3-in-1. Left them overnight, dried them off in the morning and returned them to their rightful place in my wheels, adding a squirt or two of 'bones speed cream' for good measure. Rar!! Speedy!! ;-)

(this after a rather lovely long 'lie-in'...) ;-)

Rehearsal later on, and maybe we can get that new song finished so we can polish it in time for Strawberry Fair. I hope so, it simply must be listened to...

I feel tired today, lethargic. Think I might try and shake this by going up to Tescos caprpark now they've done for the day and get some practice in.
